The heater control valve helps to heat the vehicle interior by allowing warm engine coolant to pass through the heater core located in the cabin. Like any valve in frequent operation, the component can fail over time. Heater control valves are particularly prone to corrosion and cracking causing seizure and/or leakage.
Symptoms of a failed heater control valve include the heater failing to produce warm air, leaking coolant or erratic heater behaviour.
VOLT heater control valves are built to perform just like the original. Components are tested throughout the manufacturing process and beyond to ensure trusted reliability.
